RETURN POLICY
Effective January 7, 2013
30 days for a full refund, an exchange or store credit; no exceptions.
*ALL exchanges/refunds require the original receipt.

All credits or refunds will be issued back to the customer by which ever method of payment was used for the original sale (i.e: if original tender was cash, refund will be cash; credit card refunds for credit card purchases). 

NO RETURNS ON TIGHTS
*Exchanges only, if unopened and accompanied by original receipt within 30 days.
NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

For ALL returns/exchanges we require that the merchandise has NOT been washed or worn and does not show any visible wear, tags must be attached to the product, and all original packaging to be intact. Step ‘N Stretch reserves the right to deny any return we see unsuitable for resale.

CHECK POLICY
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. We ONLY accept school/business checks for group orders. We do also honor Traveler's checks at each store location. All checks require a current phone number and driver’s license number. There is a $30 processing fee for all returned checks. If you are making a return and you paid with a check, there is a 2 week hold period until a check can be issued for all purchases over $50.

PRICE MATCHING
We honor local competitor's coupons only. Coupon must be specific style/color item and must be regular, in-stock item at our stores. Coupon must not be expired and must be surrendered at time of purchase. Sorry, we do not price match any online retailers, discount sites, web promotions, etc.

DEFECTS
If you encounter what you believe to be a defective item please contact the location you purchased it at immediately. We will ask you to bring/mail the item in so we can take a look at it. We will need to know when it was purchased, how long the item was used for; for shoes please explain what type of surface (i.e. wood floor, carpet, outdoors, concrete, etc.) the product was being worn on, was the product washed or dried, and what is the issue with it. We will review the item to validate the defect and contact the vendor to issue a replacement item if it is accepted as defective. 

PLEASE NOTE: All manufacturers have different return/defect policies and most items are not accepted as a defect. Please read all washing and maintenance instructions.
